<title>Accounts Receivable Report - (2 Replies)</title>
<description>Hi guys, the troublemaker again ;-)  We just ran our report and it is giving us all sorts of wild numbers.  We ran this to try to figure out why we had patients get wierd statements.  The problem is that the account (Either patient or Guarantor) will show a balance of x.xx dollars but when the statement is printed we get all sorts of odd numbers, some of this because the guarantor has one balance and the patient has another and it is a trying excercise to try to fix this.  I have mildy irate patients coming to the door asking why they have a balance due when they have paid for each procedure as completed.  Is there another report or repair that we can run to get all the numbers straight?

<title>"Next Recall" field in Appointment window?? - (0 Replies)</title>
<description>We are trying to establish "recalls" with appropriate time constraints.  We have created several recall types under Data>other tables>recall types (20 min recall, 60 min recall, that sort of thing)  but when we are in a paitents Appointment window only one choice shows up.  How do we change this or do we add more to the "Recall" area in the "Care" view?</description>

<title>Client crash on preferences changes. - (2 Replies)</title>
<description>Hi all, is it just me?  I am trying to change the "Initial Patient View" preference on one of the clients (the one at MY desk) and every time I try I get a local crash with NO change to the preference.  What am I missing?</description>

<title>Insurance claims print wrong insurer.. - (4 Replies)</title>
<description>Hi all, we have a recurring problem where an insurance cliam is printed for Mrs. X, using ZZZ insurance.  When the form actually prints, it prints with QQQ insurance instead of ZZZ insurance.  We have verified that there is only one insurer listed or that only one is selected as active, we have done the database rebuild (weekly) and this still happens.  This will even print TTT insurance which was NEVER assigned to the patient or gurantor.

Any ideas?
